Strawberry-Blueberry Muffins


Serving 12 | Cook Time 25 min | Prep Time 15 min


½ cup of melted butter

1 cup of milk

2 eggs

3 ½ cups of flour

1 cup of sugar

4 tsp of baking powder

1 tsp of salt

2 cups of mixed berries


Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Mix oil, milk, and eggs together in a bowl.

Next in a separate bowl mix your dry ingredients by adding flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together.

Then combine the bowl with oil, milk, and eggs into the dry ingredient bowl.

Once mixed then fold in strawberries, blueberries, and jam. Stir milk mixture into flour mixture until just combined. Fill muffin cups with batter.

Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean, about 25 minutes. Cool in the muffin tin for 10 minutes before removing to cool completely on a wire rack.
