Eggnog is a family favorite. I would encourage you to ditch the store bought eggnog that is full of all sorts of bad things, and make it yourself. This is a short recipe and super simple to make. Here it is.


2 ½ cups whole milk

3 egg yolks

3 tbsp of sugar

1 tsp of vanilla extract

1 tsp freshly ground nutmeg


Step 1: Blend all ingredients together in a blender for 45 seconds.

Step 2: Serve and enjoy
